Amerika a forradalom állapotában van. Ez nem az a fajta forradalom, amelyben hadseregek csatáznak egymással vagy államcsínyt hajtanak végre. Ez egy láthatatlan forradalom a faji, nemi és identitásbeli vonalak mentén, amely alapjaiban rengeti meg az Egyesült Államokat. Chris Rufo azt járja körül, hogyan jutott ide Amerika, és mit tehetnek polgárai, hogy ellenálljanak ennek. Az amerikai kulturális forradalom megértése érdekében bemutatja annak gyökereit és annak a mai kultúrára gyakorolt hatásait.

Christopher F. Rufo az amerikai Manhattan Intézet vezető munkatársa és a kritikai fajelméleti kezdeményezés igazgatója.Az elmúlt években Christopher vezeti a kritikai fajelmélet elleni harcot az amerikai intézményekben. Kutatásai és aktivizmusa elnöki rendeletet és 15 államban törvényhozást eredményezett, ahol szorosan együttműködött a törvényhozókkal a sikeres közpolitikai intézkedések kialakításában.  

Rodrigo Ballester a madridi San Pablo Egyetemen szerzett jogi végzettséget, Erasmus hallgató volt a németországi Augsburg Egyetemen, és uniós jogból szerzett mesterfokozatot (LL.M, mention très bien) 2002-ben a College of Europe Intézetében. Itt, a College of Europe-nál kezdte meg pályafutását tanársegédként, majd két év után a Latham and Watkins amerikai ügyvédi irodához csatlakozott és európai versenyjogra specializálódott. Ezt követően munkásságát az Európai Parlamentben folytatta, ahol két éven át dolgozott az Európai Néppárt spanyol küldöttségénél (Partido Popular) a Jogi, Piaci és Uniós Belügyi részlegen. 2008-ban az Európai Bizottságnál folytatta munkásságát egy nyilvánosan meghirdetett, sikeres versenyvizsgát követően. Itt az Igazságügyi Főbizottságnál kezdett, majd 2011-től az Uniós Belügyi Főbizottság munkatársa volt, ahol az Unió Marokkóval és Fekete-Afrikával kapcsolatos migrációs politikájának a külügyi aspektusaiért felelt. Ez idő alatt beutazta Afrikát és számos afrikai országgal kezdeményezett bevándorlással kapcsolatos párbeszédet. 2014 novembere és 2019 decembere között Navracsics Tibor EU-biztos kabinetéhez csatlakozott az Európai Bizottságban, ahol az általános és középiskolai oktatásért felelt. Tevékenységi körébe tartozott a vállalkozói ismeretek EU-s oktatásának kiterjesztése, és vezető szervezője volt a 2018-as és 2019-es Európai Oktatási Csúcstalálkozóknak. Az Európai Néppárttal való kapcsolattartás is a felelősségi körébe tartozott, továbbá gyakran felszólalt vitákon, tanácskozásokon és konferenciákon. 2010 óta a párizsi Institut d'Etudes Politiques vendégelőadójaként európai uniós jogot oktat. Folyékonyan beszél spanyolul, franciául és angolul, továbbá biztos nyelvismerettel rendelkezik németből, olaszból, és kezdő szinten elsajátította a magyart is.

America is in a state of revolution. It’s not the kind of revolution with competing armies or a coup d’état. It’s an invisible revolution along the axes of race, gender, and identity that is shaking the foundations of the Unites States. Chris Rufo will discuss how America got here and what its citizen can do to push back. In order to understand America's Cultural Revolution, he will explain its roots and the impacts on today’s culture.
Lecturers:
Christopher F. Rufo is a senior fellow and director of the initiative on critical race theory at Manhattan Institute, a U. S. based think tank.In recent years, Christopher has led the fight against critical race theory in American institutions. His research and activism inspired a presidential order and legislation in 15 states, where he has worked closely with lawmakers to craft successful public policy.

RODRIGO BALLESTER graduated in law from San Pablo University in Madrid, was an Erasmus student at Augsburg University in Germany and obtained a Master's degree in EU law (LL.M, mention très bien) in 2002 from the College of Europe Institute. He started his career as a teaching assistant at the College of Europe and after two years joined the US law firm Latham and Watkins, specializing in European competition law. He then continued his career at the European Parliament, where he worked for two years in the Legal, Market and Home Affairs section of the Spanish delegation of the European People's Party (Partido Popular). In 2008, he continued his career at the European Commission, following a successful competition that was open to the public. He started his career in the Justice DG and from 2011 he worked in the EU Home Affairs DG, where he was responsible for the external aspects of the EU's migration policy towards Morocco and sub-Saharan Africa. Between November 2014 and December 2019, he joined the Cabinet of EU Commissioner Tibor Navracsics at the European Commission, where he was responsible for primary and secondary education. His activities included the expansion of entrepreneurship education in the EU, and he was the lead organizer of the 2018 and 2019 European Education Summits. He was also responsible for liaising with the European People's Party and was a frequent speaker at debates, meetings, and conferences. Since 2010, he has been a visiting lecturer in EU law at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris. He is fluent in Spanish, French and English and has a good command of German, Italian and a beginner's level of Hungarian.
